Threadstale Handmade Product Policy

At Threadstale, we take pride in our handwoven and handcrafted products. Due to the natural process of handmade craftsmanship, minor irregularities may occur.

Important Considerations

• Minor irregularities in weaving, embroidery, or paintings are inherent to handmade products.
• Handmade products may have variations in color (up to 5-10%) due to digital representation.

Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction, but due to the unique nature of handmade products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are only accepted under the following conditions:

1. Delayed Delivery: If the product is not delivered within the estimated timeframe.
2. Damaged or Incomplete Products: If the product arrives torn, damaged, or missing designs.
3. Significant Color Difference: If the product's color significantly differs from the digital representation.

Exceptions

• No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted for:
• Minor irregularities inherent to handmade products.
• Color variations within the 5-10% tolerance.

Additional Terms

• No Cash on Delivery (COD) option available.
• All sales are final; no exchanges or returns except under specified conditions.

Pre-Order and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed.
